    1. Are you a factory? where are you located?


    Yes, HooHoom is a factory with international trade department.
    (By the way, we also collect other cannabis accessories to provide customers one-stop service.)
    Our factory is located at the famous vape manufacturing centre Shenzhen city of China( the city next to Hongkong, and 2 hours to Guangzhou.
    At the meantime, we would love to welcome your visit to our factory, we would show you everything how our products are manufactured.

    2. How can I know more about a product's full specifications?


    You can contact our sales person to ask for specifications, as well as clear photos or videos, our sales person would be pleased to help.
    If you have very professional questions, our engineers could also help the sales person to answer you.

    3. Can I order samples?


    Yes, if you want to know if our products match with your market, you're welcomed to try some samples to test before big order.

    4. Do you provide custom service?


    Yes, we have a professional team of ID designers(who could design the outside looking for you, as well as renderings) and structural engineers(who can design the inside structure of all components and make sure it's well worked) who are ready to help you. There are 2 kinds of custom service we are providing:
    ①. One is called as OEM(original equipment manufacturer), which means to have your logo or other elements printed on an existed device we are producing, as well as custom for a new design packaging.
    ②. If you want to design a totally new vape device, we have a professional team of ID designers and structural engineers, who are ready to help you to realise it as long as you tell us your idea how you want it, or send us your design drawing, we would keep it secrect to other customers your idea, and won't sell to other persons unless you want us to help you to sell, tsuch service is called as ODM(original design manufacturer).
    If you have a good idea, don't hesitate to contact us to make it.

    5. How can I place an order?


    Please just contact our sales person through email, skype, whatsapp, wechat, facebook, qq......or through our alibaba platform(our official alibaba site: hoohoom.en.alibaba.com), or message us through our website directly.
    Our sales person will lead you how to finish the order, also simply listed below:
    (1) Tell us your order details.
    (2) We send you a PI (proforma invoice) with your shipping info.
    (3) Your validation of the PI.
    (4) You make payment or deposit.
    (5) We arrange your order production and let you know before complete production finished.(sometimes we have stock to ship immdiatel)
    (6) You finish the balance payment.
    (7) We make the shipping through express or cargo, or send goods to your shipping agency.
    (8) Give you the express or cargo tracking number.
    (9) Goods arrive at your door. (You are possibly have to pay a custom duty when goods arrive at your country.)

    6. Which payment method can I choose?


    Bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, Alibaba platform pay.

    7. Which shipping method can I do? And how much time could I receive?


    You can choose shipping method by yourself and we will deal with the rest job untill parcels received.
    We can also choose shipping method for you if you want to have our suggestion. The theory is choosing the best shipping cost and fastest delivery express or cargos based on your order's weight.
    Usually normal orders choose DHL, UPS, which takes about 3-4 days to receive.
    Bulk order choose air cargo because air cargo only accept big weight, normally it takes about 5-8 days to receive, a little slower than DHL UPS but a lot cheaper.
    Bulk order but cheap value devices such as plastic units choose sea cargo which normally takes about 20-30 days to receive.

    8. What about custom tax?


    Different states have different custom tax rate, normally very small value parcels are custom tax-free, larger value shipments would be charged 0%-25% of the declared cost on commercial invoice as tax.

    9. Is there any other cost for me to buy before arrive at my door?


    Normally, goods cost+shipping cost+custom tax, these are all the costs to make an order. Unless you have very special demands like designing a new product.
